MedPro Laboratory will tailor its test profiles to client specific needs. Test panels are available for family practices, internal medicine, OB/GYN, urology, and rheumatology clinics. Once clients tell us about their special needs, we will customize a test menu package. At MedPro Laboratory, the accuracy of test results and customer satisfaction are top priority. Every aspect of pre-analytical, analytical, and post-analytical meets the most stringent standards in the industry to ensure the accuracy of test results and customer satisfaction. All testing personnel and supervisors along with the laboratory director are directly involved in monitoring and evaluating quality control, quality assurance and quality improvement programs. The laboratory is enrolled in the proficiency testing programs of the American Association of Bioanalysts, and the American Proficiency Institute.

Reporting Results

Clients May Request:

• Auto-fax: results will be faxed upon availability
• Telephone: results and panic value tests will be phoned in upon availability
• Hard Copy: a hard copy of all test results will be forwarded by postal mail

Billing Options

• Clients may choose to have MedPro Laboratory bill the patient directly and/or their insurance company. Or,
• Clients may opt to have MedPro Laboratory bill them at a discounted rate for its services
